UIFlow v2.3.8 does not save Spinbox current value and decimal places

I tried to create a spinner box to set hour (0-24) and used current value zero and zero decimal places. If I save project and then import it again, values a back to default: current 50 and 2 decimal places.
Would be nice to get this fixed, so I don't have to change values back every time I import my project.
Also, this error message has a little bug:

Warning: max_value must be less than 0, min_value must be greater than 0.
