[Product Revision] TailBat with Battery Management that doesn't suckposted in Features Wish List
Replace the Battery Management IC with one that:
- Has low voltage cutoff (to prevent damage to battery)
- Has no low current cutoff (interferes with long runtime and using deep sleep)
- Battery charge & state info (via I2C with internal switch to connect/disconnect from Grove port)

AtomS3 things that would be nice to know...
- Can the MPU6886 be powered down?
- Does the SY8089 power everything? (if not, is the EN pin connected to GPIO?)
- OLED uses GC9107, can it be powered down? (to prevent parasitic current)
- AtomS3 also has an internal WS2812 LED, is it connected? can it be powered off? (to prevent parasitic current)
