@JohnSal said in How to connect Cam Wi-Fi Camera to CoreS3: How can I connect Unit Cam Wi-Fi Camera with Enclosure (OV2640) (SKU: U109-B) to M5Stack CoreS3 ESP32S3 loT Development Kit (SKU: K128)? Is there a scheme diagram? Does it connect to PORT.A, PORT.B or PORT.C? Its UART communication so PortC? usually port on unit is same colour that one at controller, if your controller has just one port then it can be configured to be UART/I2C/IO

@herb What are you hoping to achieve as Digital rating only provides a 1 or 0. the only way to get values is through analogue and there is a project in the project zone of uiflow 2 found here https://uiflow2.m5stack.com/?pkey=3dd144a31f32480e9a7ed95461a9107a

@YigalB FreeRTOS is baked in. All four are GPIO. The drawing has a minor notation error and to simplify things for new Users there is a suggestion that Port A, red, is I2C and Port B, black, is one in and one out. But they are all General Purpose Input-Output. https://www.espressif.com/sites/default/files/documentation/esp32-s3_datasheet_en.pdf page 16 I/O mux

@rudi15 said in Earth sensor: Hello, I am a newbie to M5stack and want to use the Earth sensor to display moisture values. I followed the instructions as outlined in this video by exactly rebuilding the respective code: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYi8XLe3X_c The device now does show data, but it is constantly above 1000 even when just laying on my desk without any contact to water (up to the maximum of 1024 which, as far as I understand, indicates that the sensor detects water (fully wet)). When I put the senor into water, the readings do not change they stay above 1000. Any idea what I did wrong? @Totoche -127 is reverse 0 is off and 127 is forwards, the full output voltage is limited to 5v I haven’t measured current but I have been able to run a OO gauge model railway at 5V from the output pins. PWM pulse is set to the normal servo pulse frequencies

Hello @Senspix I just tried with my SIM7600G (non -H; 3 years old) and M5CoreS3 using aforementioned test program and the modem does react to AT commands just fine after about 14 seconds. Recently I purchased a separate green board with a SIM7600G-H on it which I use in the same COM.X module. Initially it did not work. Turns out the green board had a layout error - RX and TX needed to be swapped electrically in order to work in the COM.X module. In conclusion: I can use either SIM7600G or SIM7600G-H with M5CoreS3 just fine. Thanks Felix
